are legal services for disabled and elderly persons regardless of income.

Aid for persons 60 and over. No income guidelines, but is designed for
persons who cannot afford an attorney to assist with simple wills, powers
of attorney, Medicare, Medicaid, collections and Social Security issues.
Does not accept fee-generating cases.

provides community mediation services to Broome and Tioga counties.
Accord accepts referrals from private individuals as well as from
police agencies, Town, Village and City Courts, Family Court, private
attorneys and Social Service agencies. They assist with resolving
disputes between neighbors, landlord and tenants, consumers and merchants,
